Motion by Lynn and supported by McCoy to approve Jamie moving forward with discussions with the City Manager and the Township’s attorney regarding a 425 Agreement. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and supported by Stephens to accept proposal from Southside Property Maintenance for Highland Park Cemetery landscaping. Motion passed.
Motion by Harp and supported by Lynn to accept proposal from Southside Property Maintenance for landscaping at the Township Hall. Motion passed.
Motion by Pitchford and supported by Stephens to accept proposal from Central Michigan Building Services to re-caulk crypt covers at Highland Park Cemetery. Motion passed.
Motion by Harp and supported by Pitchford to accept proposal from Central Michigan Building Services to install a cover over basement door of the mausoleum. Motion passed.
Motion by Harp and supported by Stephens to approve Tuttle Cemetery expansion. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and supported by Pitchford to raise cemetery lot prices to $250 for residents and $500 for non residents effective August 1, 2025. Motion passed.
