Meeting called to order by Supervisor, Jamie Stephens
Members present: Stephens, Lynn, Waters, Pitchford, McCoy
Members absent: none
Motion by Pitchford and supported by McCoy to pay bills on hand. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and supported by McCoy to approve Board of Review Members: Jody Garrison,
Keegan Teitsma, Kristin Cusack. Motion passed.
Motion by Waters and approved by Pitchford to approve 2026 Board of Review Dates: Monday,
March 9 from 3:00pm to 9:00 pm and Thursday March 12 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Motion
passed.
