Meeting called to order by Supervisor, Jamie Stephens
Members present: Stephens, Lynn, Waters, Pitchford, McCoy
Members absent: none
Motion by Waters and supported by Pitchford to pay bills on hand. Motion passed.
Motion by Stephens and supported by Waters to approve the Brine Contract with Ionia County
Road Department. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and supported by McCoy to approve the Gradall Contract with Ionia County
Road Department, not to exceed $3,000. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and Supported by Waters to approve the Gravel Contract with Ionia County
Road Department for $73,400. Motion passed.
Motion by McCoy and supported by Stephens to approve increase of Accounting Fees budget
from $8,000 to $30,000. Motion passed.
Motion by Pitchford and supported by Waters to approve increase of Attorney Fees budget from
$12,000 to $30,000. Motion passed.
Motion by Waters and supported by Pitchford to approve increase of Insurance budget from
$11,000 to $11,500. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and supported by Stephens to approve Budget Meeting Date: Friday, March 6,
2026 at 6:00pm. Motion passed.
