Meeting called to order by Supervisor, Jamie Stephens
Members present: Stephens, Lynn, Waters, Pitchford, McCoy
Members absent: none
Motion by Waters and supported by Pitchford to pay bills on hand. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and supported by McCoy to approve Board of Review Members: Jody Garrison, Keegan Teitsma, Kristin Cusack. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and approved by Pitchford to approve 2026 Meeting Dates: January 13, February 10, March 10, April 14, May 12, June 9, July 14, August 11, September 8, October 13, November 10, December 8. Motion passed.
Motion by Pitchford and supported by Stephens to move future board meetings to 6:00 pm starting January 13, 2026. Motion passed.
