Meeting called to order by Supervisor, Jamie Stephens
Members present: Stephens, Lynn, Harp, Pitchford, McCoy
Motion by Harp and supported by Pitchford to pay bills on hand. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and supported by Stephens to accept the Police Protection Contract with the
Ionia County Sheriff’s Office. Motion passed.
Motion by Harp and supported by Lynn to accept L-4029 tax rates. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and supported by Pitchford to accept quote from Gabridge & Co for financial
audit. Motion passed.
Motion by Lynn and supported by Stephens to offer direct deposit for payroll. Motion passed.
