Meeting called to order by Supervisor, Jamie Stephens
Members present: Stephens, Lynn, Harp Pitchford, McCoy
Motion by Harp and supported by Pitchford to pay bills on hand. Motion passed.
Motion by Harp and supported by Lynn to approve proposal from J. Jablonski and Sons for two
Roadside Mowing totaling $3,138.40 per mow. Motion passed.
Motion by Stephens and supported by Pitchford to approve the Property Exemptions Guidelines
Resolution. Motion passed. 5 yes, 0 no.
Motion by Harp and supported by Stephens to approve a 3% raise for the Trustees. Motion
passed. 5 yes, 0 no.
Motion by Harp and supported by Pitchford to approve a 3% raise for the Supervisor. Motion
passed. 5 yes, 0 no.
Motion by Harp and supported by Pitchford to approve a 3% raise for the Clerk. Motion passed.

Motion by Pitchford and supported by Lynn to approve a 3% raise for the Treasurer. Motion
passed. 5 yes, 0 no.
Motion by Lynn supported by Pitchford to increase Hall Expenses Budget from $6,500 to
$7,600. Motion passed.
Motion by Harp and supported by Stephens to increase Memberships & Subscriptions Budget
from $4,000 to $5,000. Motion passed.
Motion by Stephens and supported by Lynn to increase Postage Budget from $8,000 to $9,000.
Motion passed.
Motion by Stephens and supported by McCoy to increase Road Maintenance & Repair Budget
from $200,000 to $200,500. Motion passed.
Motion by Stephens and supported by Pitchford to increase Street Lights Budget from $11,000
to $12,300. Motion passed.
Motion by Harp and supported by Lynn to approve the 2025-2026 Budget. Motion passed.
