Meeting called to order by Supervisor, Jamie Stephens
Members present: Stephens, Lynn, Pitchford, McCoy
Members absent: Harp
Motion by Stephens and supported by Pitchford to pay bills on hand. Motion passed.
Motion by Stephens and supported by Pitchford to approve New Burial Rates from Wickham
Cemetery Care. Motion passed.
Motion by Stephens and supported by McCoy to approve switch to Independent Bank as new
payroll company. Motion passed.
Motion by Stephens and supported by McCoy to approve moving to individual retirement
accounts. Motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 7:16pm.
