Meeting called to order by Supervisor, Kurt Scheurer
Members present: Scheurer, Lynn, Harp, Pitchford, McCoy
Motion by Scheurer and supported by Pitchford to pay bills on hand. Motion passed.
Motion by Scheurer and supported by Harp to approve $30,000 contract with Ionia County Road
Department to repair the intersection of Welch Road and Nickleplate Road. Motion passed.
Motion by Scheurer and supported by Pitchford to approve new contract with Ionia County
Sheriff’s Office. Motion passed.
Motion by Scheurer and supported by McCoy to add clerk to treasurer’s tax account with double
signatures on checks. Motion passed.
Motion by Scheurer and supported by Lynn to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed.
Meeting Re-Opened by Supervisor, Kurt Scheurer
Motion by Scheurer and supported by McCoy to approve a variance request to the Private
Roads and Shared Drives Ordinance for drive on Riverside Drive. Motion passed.
Motion by Scheurer and supported by Harp to approve sending of letters for Blight Complaints.
Motion passed.
Motion by Scheurer and supported by Pitchford to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed.
